Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Visit forgehq.us, select your product, choose your size or variant, and click "Add to Cart." You can check out as a guest or log in for faster checkout and full order tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a seamless checkout experience.

Can I apply a discount code?

Yes. Enter your code at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one discount code per order. Codes cannot be stacked or used on sale items.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately. Contact us within 1 hour at support@forgehq.us and we will do our best to make the change before it ships. We can't guarantee modifications after this window, but we'll always try.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails send within minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, reach out via live chat at forgehq.us/support or email support@forgehq.us.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days, processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the United States. Orders under $49 have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account at forgehq.us and check under "Order History" at any time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming — sign up at forgehq.us to be notified when we expand our shipping coverage.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it.

Check around your door, with neighbours, or your building's mail room first. Carriers occasionally scan packages before the final delivery step. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us via live chat or support@forgehq.us and we'll resolve it immediately.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% Smile Guarantee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items purchased from forgehq.us that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Visit forgehq.us/returns with your order number and email address. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. No hassle, no runaround.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once we receive your return, back to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 banking days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We don't offer direct exchanges — return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. Contact us via chat and we'll make the process as seamless as possible.

I received a damaged or wrong item.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at zero cost to you — no return shipping required. We make it right. Every time.

Is the Forge Surge™ dishwasher safe?

Yes — dishwasher safe. Top rack recommended. Hand washing the lid extends seal life and keeps the Flow-Control system performing at its best long-term.

How do I use the Flow-Control Lid?

Rotate to your preferred position: Straw Mode for the included reusable straw, Sip Mode for direct drinking, or Closed for a fully sealed, spill-proof carry. Locks securely in each position.

How do I deep-clean my tumbler?

For stains: Warm water + white vinegar (1:1). Soak 1 hour, scrub gently, rinse well.

For odours: Baking soda + warm water overnight. Rinse thoroughly. Clean the straw with a straw brush after each use.

Can I put it in the freezer?

No — expanding liquids will damage the vacuum seal. Just add ice. Your Forge Surge™ keeps drinks cold for hours. No freezer needed.

Warranty

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Forge HQ product is backed by our 1-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, combined with our 100% Smile Guarantee.

What is and isn't covered?

✓ Covered: Manufacturing defects, vacuum insulation failure, defective lid or seals.

✗ Not covered: Normal wear (scratches, dents), accidental damage, freezing liquids inside, purchases from unauthorised sellers.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Visit forgehq.us/warranty or contact us via live chat. You'll need your order number and a photo of the defect. Claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days.

How do I create an account?

Click "Login" at forgehq.us and select "Create Account," or create one during checkout. Your account gives you order tracking, purchase history, and faster future checkouts.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your account email. We'll send a secure reset link. Check your spam if you don't see it. Links expire after 24 hours.

How do I get notified when a product is back in stock?

On the product page, click "Notify Me" next to any sold-out variant. You'll receive an instant notification the moment it's back in stock.

What is the WC26 Giveaway?

The Forge WC26 Giveaway gives one lucky customer the chance to win the ultimate WC26 experience — including 2 match tickets, travel support, premium hotel accommodation, and an exclusive Forge gear package. Every eligible Forge order during the promotional period counts as one automatic entry.

How do I enter the giveaway?

Purchase any eligible Forge product during the giveaway period and your entry is automatically submitted. No code required, no extra steps. You can also earn bonus entries by following us on Instagram (+2), sharing our giveaway post (+3), tagging friends in the comments (+2 per tag), or placing multiple orders (+1 per order).

When does the giveaway close?

The entry deadline is July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. No entries will be accepted after this time. The winner will be announced on July 20, 2026.

How will the winner be chosen and notified?

One winner is selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted directly by email and announced publicly on our Instagram account. If the winner doesn't respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

Does buying more products increase my chances?

Yes. Every eligible order during the promotional period counts as one additional entry. Three orders means three entries. Combined with the social bonus actions, you can significantly increase your odds.

Can international customers enter?

Yes, where legally permitted. The giveaway is open to eligible customers in applicable regions. If you are unsure whether your country qualifies, contact us at support@forgehq.us before placing an order.
