Shipping Policy

Overview
At Forge HQ, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Every order is processed and shipped with care — because precision doesn't stop at the product.
Please read this policy in full so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping options and their associated costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Costs
We believe premium products shouldn't come with a premium delivery bill:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 within the United States.
- Orders under $49 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- Expedited and express shipping options are available at an additional cost displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping thresholds may vary during limited-time promotions.
Where We Ship
Forge HQ currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states.
We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI), PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage — subscribe at forgehq.us to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at support@forgehq.us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number.
- The name of the carrier handling your shipment.
- A direct link to track your package in real time.
You can also log into your account at forgehq.us and view live tracking under 'Order History' at any time.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment details.
Delivery Issues
Package marked as delivered but not received?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check around your front door, mailbox, and any secure package areas.
- Check with neighbours or your building's front desk / mail room.
- Allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive.
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@forgehq.us or via live chat with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
Package damaged in transit? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Forge HQ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we understand this is a frustrating situation and we will always work with you to find a resolution.
If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend:
- Filing a report with your local police department.
- Contacting your carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Reaching out to us — we will do everything we can to help.
Delays & Disruptions
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery timelines, Forge HQ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God.
- Carrier delays, strikes, or operational disruptions.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- US public holidays or peak shipping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
If you experience a delay that appears unusual, contact us and we will look into it right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Forge HQ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us within 1 hour at support@forgehq.us and we will do our best to update it before your order is processed. We cannot guarantee address changes after this window.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We ship exclusively within the United States at this time.
